There comes a time in your life, you ask for the very reason why you are alive.... Sometimes you might even think being dead is better... Nothing excites you or tinkles your fancy..... You want to put everything aside, the pain hurts so much so, the wounds in your life, are becoming scars... Your heart is in a place, you can't explain what can probably heal your soul?.... You don't want to go back sinning, you want to live for GOD, so part of you wants to put a hold on this Christianity of a thing.... Let JESUS let you be for 5 minutes.... You may be in a part of your life where you're just exhausted, spiritually and emotionally  about an issue in your life.... At this stage of your life you prefer to give up, you don't want to live another day.... You just want to be found lifeless... The truth is that you're not the first person to feel this way... There are some distances that the bus can cover and at the same time I can walk to cover the same distances, the HOLY SPIRIT inspired me to always walk to the Glory of GOD, I listen to good worship, pray and when the SPIRIT is high I dance and it gets the attention of people... There was this one day that I was tired and I needed rest, I didn't want to walk, I told myself what I have with GOD is a relationship, sacrifices have to be made to ensure that you get the best of the relationship.

To be in a relationship with someone, you have to make up your mind, to decide if you want to be with this person or not... When it comes to GOD, you have to make up your mind that you want to serve HIM with all your heart or not. Living for GOD, means being dedicated to HIM, it means commitment.

Understanding what JESUS did on the cross, was not just for a moment but forever. I used to think the pierced sides, hands and feet were only for the crucifixion, that all that would have been healed when JESUS resurrected! I found out in John 20 that JESUS bears those marks till date, when HE appeared to the disciples and made sure Thomas could see and feel them…. I exclaimed within me that why did the marks still remain and that HE could have healed HIMSELF, and be the person HE was before HE came. JESUS said to me then it will all be a joke not having these marks on HIS body, there will be no evidence of the ultimate price been paid!

Well I have still not gotten over it, how is it possible that the marks still remain till date? A KING, came to earth, paid a price and still bears the marks of sinners which HE had to do to save us! It was not a role playing act, like JESUS came to do some undercover work and now the captives are free and HE can now go back to live HIS normal life. A ROYAL still has the sinners marks on HIM!

Well people say sometimes that the word of GOD is boring, the truth is as a Christian, you have no choice but to find joy in the WORD of GOD… Funny enough, the WORD of GOD is not boring, as people say, all you have to do, is to tell the HOLY SPIRIT to minister to you the truth, and cause a divine revelation about the WORD, and your life from then on will never remain the same.

Use the rest to pray about the things in your life

And pick a day of the week when you fast and pray solely about the future, your career, your life and many more.... What you want to become...
